Our core is the very essence of who we are, the depth of our being. We talk about “core values”, “core strength” and “core wounding.” Something might “shake us to our very core,” or someone might be considered [insert telling trait] “to the core.” When we are having core discomfort, namely stomach pain or digestive issues, something isn’t sitting well with us.

Remember that our gut, or enteric nervous system, is considered the “second brain.” Though it appears merely like middle management under a head honcho (haha), the gut is actually co-CEO and its function is crucial for all the other systems. Do you listen to your gut feelings?

I suggest adding this essence to your meals and beverages, in addition to taking it directly by mouth; affirm that your body easily processes life, and that you consume only love (or an affirmation of your choosing). You can also apply topically: lie in a comfortable position and rub into your abdomen, relaxing and breathing deeply for several minutes (I especially recommend this prior to bedtime, as your body will further absorb and utilize the energies to heal while you sleep). Use regularly!
